About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Manager – People Excellence to manage core HR operations and own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for lateral and campus hiring, while driving a structured employee experience across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle – Manage day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, employee records, HR queries and exits.
- HRMS & HR Data – Own HRMS administration, maintain accurate employee data, dashboards and MIS; Zoho People experience is a strong plus.
- Learning & Development – Oversee the L&D; calendar, coordinate with trainers, and track participation, feedback and effectiveness.
- Employee Engagement – Plan and execute engagement initiatives, employee communication and culture-building activities.
- Performance Management – Coordinate the performance management cycle, track timelines and support managers with performance-related processes.




- Talent Acquisition – Work closely with business leaders to own lateral and campus hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers and joining. Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment MIS.
- Employee Relations & Compliance – Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Process Improvement – Review HR processes, strengthen process adherence and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Team Mentoring – Manage/mentor junior members of the People Excellence team and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

- 6–10 years of relevant HR / People Operations experience
- Solid hands-on experience in lateral and campus recruitment
- Exposure to L&D; / training coordination
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Zoho People / Zoho HRMS experience is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- High ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

The Ideal Candidate Someone who is hands-on, organized, people-oriented and execution-focused; capable of independently owning Talent Acquisition while managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring people initiatives are delivered effectively.

This is not a purely strategic HR role. The ability to personally drive execution is critical.
