Role Description The Senior Manager Medical Services will oversee the effective functioning of clinical and medical operations at assigned locations.

Key responsibilities include managing credentialing processes, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards,



supervising medical staff credentialing, and fostering seamless communication with customers to enhance service delivery. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain excellence in medical services. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru North.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing processes
- Understanding of Accreditation standards and practices
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and healthcare operations
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) is required; additional certifications or a Master's degree in Hospital Administration or Public Health is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in managing healthcare service delivery in a corporate setting is preferred
