We are hiring experienced Medical Coding Managers to lead multispecialty coding operations for US Healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end coding operations across multiple specialties.

- Lead Team Leads, QA teams, and Coding professionals to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

- Drive coding accuracy, compliance, operational excellence, and process standardization.

- Manage client communication, operational governance, and escalations.

- Conduct performance reviews, workforce planning, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

- Monitor productivity, quality, TAT, and client metrics through regular reporting and governance reviews.

- Drive training, mentoring, and development initiatives across coding teams.

- Partner with Quality, Operations, Training,



and Client stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

- Lead process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and operational transformation projects.

- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, payer-specific guidelines, and client requirements.

Requirements

- 10+ years of US Medical Coding experience.

- Prior experience as Manager / Assistant Manager handling large coding teams.

- Strong exposure to one or more specialties listed above.

- Experience managing Team Leads, QA teams, and Coding Operations.

- Solid understanding of productivity, quality, SLA, and workforce management.

- Experience in client interactions, business reviews, and operational governance.

- CPC, CCS, COC, CIC, or equivalent certification preferred.
