This roleensures drawings and layouts are translated correctly into execution-ready formats.Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the draftsman team for preparation of GA drawings, piping layouts,equipment drawings, and structural drawings. Review and approve all engineering drawings and documentation for accuracy and compliancewith project standards. Coordinate with the Design Head to translate approved designs into accurate engineeringdrawings. Standardize drawing formats, symbols, and practices across all projects. Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation to project,



Production and site teams. Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and manufacturing teams to resolveengineering drawing issues. Conduct quality checks on drawings to minimize errors during fabrication and site execution. Train, mentor, and evaluate draftsmen for technical skill improvement. Support tendering/proposal teams with layout drawings and technical inputs.Key Skills & Competencies Solid expertise preferred in engineering drawings, layouts, and detailing for sugar/processequipment and plants. /refinery. Knowledge of process house equipment including evaporators, crystallizers, dryers, and clarifiers. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works and other drafting/design software. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and standardization. Understanding of quality standards and best practices in engineering drawings. Leadership and people management skills to guide draftsmen. Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
