Datadog and Jira ServiceManagement will be a plus.Roles & Responsibilities• Review and set up end to end monitoring & observability across OTA offboard toolchain,following the MIC Reliability Engineering best practices• Build the right infrastructure for various programs along with development teams by doingcapacity planning and design consultation• Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts• Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist inperformance tuning and fault finding• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and releaseprocedures• Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives• Deploy updates and fixes• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems• Provide technical support to resolve the production issues and perform root cause analysis• Develop scripts to automate visualization
