Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall plant efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 4-18 years of experience in iron & steel industry, preferably in an EAF operation role.
- Solid understanding of electric arc furnace technology and its applications in steel manufacturing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial operations with multiple shifts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
