About the Role

We are looking for an experienced L&D; Manager to lead employee training, sales development, and performance improvement. Call Center / BPO training experience is preferred, while Agri-Input Industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and conduct training programs for sales, call center, and customer support teams.
- Train employees in communication, call handling, objection handling, and sales conversion.
- Manage employee induction, product training, and skill development.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.




- Prepare training materials, assessments, and performance reports.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in L&D;, preferably in Call Center / BPO / Inside Sales.
- Solid communication, presentation, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of sales training and performance management.
- Experience in the Agri-Input / Agriculture Industry will be highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
