Role Purpose

- To drive and sustain a positive industrial relations climate at the manufacturing plant through effective union engagement, labor law compliance, grievance resolution, discipline management, statutory adherence, and proactive employee relations initiatives.

Education & • Experience





Masters Degree in HR/IR/Labour Welfare preferred with 10-14 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations in a unionized manufacturing workplace.
