- Help coordinate team goals, daily tasks, and customer service efforts
- Maintain accurate customer and campaign documentation
- Develop an understanding of business operations, sales strategy, and client relations

Education & Experience Needed For The Manager In Training

- High School Diploma or GED required, with a Bachelor’s in Business, Management, Communications is a plus,



but not mandatory.
- Background in sales, account coordination, or retail roles where meeting metrics and delivering consistent results were core expectations.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities to present AT&T; Fiber solutions clearly, build trust, and support customers with transparent information.
- Ability to navigate sales systems and workflow tools to organize territory activity, monitor progress, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
