Role & responsibilities

- Managing HR administration, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR systems
- Overseeing employee relations and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Driving learning & development, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Handling manpower planning, recruitment, and contract labour management.
- Implementing HR best practices, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Managing employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and fostering harmonious industrial relations.
- Solid understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
- Coordinating employee welfare, retention, and organizational development activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Male candidate
- MSW / MA (HRM)/ MBA - HR
- 14 to 16 years of experience from Manufacturing industry preferably from Automotive background

- Age below 40 Years
- Salary Range: 15 LPA to 17 LPA CTC
