Job Summary

Looking for an experienced HR leader to manage end-to-end HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D; across India and the Philippines, aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Manage employee lifecycle, HR policies, labor law compliance, employee relations, grievances, performance management, retention, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Drive HR analytics, metrics, and management reporting.

Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end hiring for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
- Develop recruitment strategies to improve hiring quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
- Manage recruitment teams, vendors, staffing partners, job portals, workforce planning, and recruitment KPIs.

Learning & Development
- Develop L&D; strategies, identify skill gaps, and coordinate technical, functional, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training.
- Manage onboarding, induction, learning platforms, training budgets, external partners, and training effectiveness.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor HR, Recruitment, and L&D; teams.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads on people strategy and organizational growth.




- Ensure consistent HR practices while addressing country-specific employment regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D.;
- Proven HR leadership and team-management experience.
- Multi-country HR exposure; India and Philippines experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and preferably Philippine employment regulations.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and L&D; strategy.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in IT, ITES, Healthcare, BPO, or Shared Services preferred.
- Master's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
