We are looking for an experienced Manager HR (Recruitment & Training) to lead end-to-end recruitment and employee training initiatives. The role will be responsible for strengthening talent acquisition, ensuring timely manpower availability, identifying training needs, and developing effective employee training programs across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Coordinate with HODs and business teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for various positions.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate employee joining and onboarding activities.

2. Training & Development

- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI)



and identify skill gaps across departments.
- Develop annual and monthly training plans based on business and employee requirements.
- Design, coordinate, and execute employee training programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers as required.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure training outcomes/ROI.
- Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of relevant experience in HR, particularly in Recruitment & Training.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Human Resource Management preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or food industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong exposure to field recruitment, manpower planning, and employee training.
