We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead Global Capability Center (GCC) / Global Business Services (GBS) setup and transformation engagements for leading multinational organizations. The role involves driving GCC strategy, operating model design, transition and migration of finance processes, and establishing scalable shared service capabilities across Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP), Record-to-Report (R2R/RTR), Order-to-Cash (O2C/OTC), and FP&A; functions.
The candidate will work closely with CXOs, Global Process Owners, and Finance Leadership teams to design, establish, and optimize finance shared service organizations delivering operational excellence, cost efficiency, and digital transformation.
