Key Responsibilities

Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.

Drive profitability analysis, variance reporting, financial modeling, and strategic planning initiatives.

Partner with global finance leaders, divisional CFOs, and senior management to support business growth and operational excellence.

Deliver data-driven insights, business performance reviews,



and executive-level financial presentations.

Mentor and develop FP&A; teams while fostering collaboration across Finance, Operations, and Business Development functions.

Ideal Candidate

Qualified CA / CMA with Strong experience in FP&A;, Financial Modeling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Business Analysis from Manufacturing Industry

Expertise in SAP, TM1/Cognos, Excel, and management reporting systems.

Proven leadership experience within manufacturing, EMS, or multinational environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
