Engineering Manager Flutter & Spring Boot

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Technical Lead to lead a team of 1520 developers, architects, and technical leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Flutter mobile applications and Spring Boot backend services.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Manage sprint planning, delivery, risks, resources, and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native development, and secure coding practices.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews and mentor engineering teams.
- Lead modernization, engineering transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills: Flutter, Dart, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Architecture, Agile/Scrum, and Team Management. Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with robust technical leadership experience.
