The candidate will be based at the corporate office of the reputed Pharma Company in Mumbai handling Field HR / IR/Legal ( Labour law matters for reputed pharma listed Company.

He will be responsible for managing human resource operations, industrial relations activities, statutory compliance, labour law matters, employee engagement, disciplinary procedures, and legal coordination.

Candidate will be responsible to manage disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Candidate will be responsible for all coordination with company Advocates and attending labour court cases.

Candidate will be responsible for collecting all data information records related to all legal cases and maintain upto date data legal files MIS for senior Management.

Required Candidate Profile





Candidate should be LLB /LLM/ MLS in Human Resources or related field with 5 to 10 years in HR with a strong focus on Industrial Relations & Legal. Candidate should have support in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Candidate should have good knowledge of ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, including knowledge of current wage codes.

Candidate should be good in managing disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
