About the Role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Corporate Treasury team. The ideal candidate must be an ex-banker with solid expertise in corporate banking, trade finance, or credit operations, along with hands-on experience in managing working capital facilities, banking documentation, and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Banking Operations & Limit Management:
- Lead end-to-end banking limit renewals, enhancements, and fresh facility setup.
- Prepare comprehensive Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data, financial projections, and proposals for bank submissions.
- Manage day-to-day banking relationships and lead negotiations for competitive interest rates, processing fees, and collateral requirements.
- Trade Finance & Working Capital:
- Oversee working capital limits, including Fund-Based (Cash Credit/Overdraft) and Non-Fund-Based facilities (Letters of Credit - LC, Bank Guarantees - BG).




- Structure trade finance transactions and ensure complete compliance with banking documentation and security creation.
- Treasury & Forex Operations:
- Manage day-to-day liquidity, fund allocation, cash flow forecasting, and corporate treasury functions.
- Handle Forex operations, exposure management, and regulatory filings including IDPMS (Import Data Processing and Monitoring System) and EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System).

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Qualified CA / CMA or MBA in Finance (preferably from a premier B-school).
- Experience: 5–8 years of overall experience.
- Mandatory Background: Ex-banker with prior experience in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, or Credit Analysis in a reputable commercial/corporate bank.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid expertise in preparing CMA reports, financial modeling, and debt structuring.
- Hands-on knowledge of LC/BG issuance, discounting, and loan documentation.
- Strong understanding of RBI guidelines regarding import/export transactions and foreign exchange regulations.
