Job Title: COE Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced COE (Centre of Excellence) Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Enlite's HVAC and building automation projects, from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will plan and execute projects within timelines, budget, and agreed quality standards; review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications; ensure compliance with industry and safety norms; manage escalations; and lead the project team to deliver high standards of workmanship. A strong background in automation (PLC programming / SCADA) and BMS graphics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:





Project Planning & Execution

-Lead the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to handover.

- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and agreed quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. HVAC Project Management

- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Address project-related escalations and implement corrective actions. Team Leadership

- Ensure effective workforce utilisation and performance management.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Requirements:

- BE / ME in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication.

- Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in Automation (PLC programming / SCADA), including logic development, building automation remote engineering, and BMS graphics.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, AHUs, CSUs, chilled water and hot water systems.
- Understanding of project drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documentation.

- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving approach.

Preferred:

- Relevant experience in the Building Automation industry and BMS design engineering.
