Our partner, Taros Chemicals , has 25 years of experience as a trusted German CRO/CMO innovator and continues to expand globally. This role connects you with a seasoned international business development team.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Business Development team, you will:

- Research target markets and therapeutic areas
- Identify and connect with potential clients (hello, LinkedIn!)
- Generate qualified leads and build your own pipeline
- Collaborate directly with senior European BD managers
- Track KPIs and support strategic growth




- Work with cutting-edge CRM tools and business intelligence platforms

What You Bring

- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- 8-10 years in a CRO business development or Presales role
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator , CRM tools , and market databases
- Organized, detail-oriented, and data-savvy
- Bonus if you love networking and know how to pitch value
