Manager Banking Collections (Tele calling & Field Collections)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 6+ Years (Banking / BPO Collections, preferably Credit Card background)

Role Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Leadership: Oversee end-to-end collection workflows across both tele-calling and field operations.
- Target Achievement: Drive, monitor, and exceed collection targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team & Talent Management: Lead, mentor, and scale high - performing collection teams; drive end-to-end recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Client & Escalation Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and effectively resolve escalated cases.
- Compliance & Governance:



Ensure all collections practices strictly comply with banking guidelines, regulatory frameworks, and company policies.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: 6+ years of experience in banking or BPO collections (Credit Card portfolio experience is strongly preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Proven expertise in managing large teams (tele calling & field).
- Operational Acumen: Strong balance of field collection & tele calling strategies.
