We are looking for an ambitious finance professional who wants to go beyond conventional accounting and contribute meaningfully to business growth, financial discipline, profitability and investment planning.

The Opportunity

We are not looking for someone who simply maintains accounts. We are looking for someone who understands the business behind the numbers.

Working directly with the Founder, you will take ownership of financial operations, strengthen internal controls, support strategic decisions and help build a financially sustainable organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance, Accounts & Compliance

- Oversee daily accounting, bank reconciliations, receivables and payables.
- Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance and timely filings.
- Coordinate effectively with CAs, auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain financial records and reporting systems across group entities.

2. Financial Planning & Profitability

- Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts, financial MIS and management reports.
- Analyse business-wise profitability, expenses and working capital requirements.
- Identify financial leakages, improve cost efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Support financial audits, periodic reviews and corrective action plans.

3. Banking & Financial Relationships

- Build and maintain professional relationships with banks and financial institutions.




- Coordinate loan documentation, credit facilities and financial requirements.
- Identify suitable banking products, financing opportunities and available schemes.
- Negotiate banking charges, service terms and financing costs.

4. Business Strategy & Startup Support

- Evaluate new business proposals and investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial projections, feasibility studies and break-even analyses.
- Understand business models, pricing, unit economics and revenue potential.
- Support the Founder in financial decision-making, growth planning and capital allocation.
- Help emerging ventures build sustainable and profitable operating models.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong practical understanding of accounting, taxation and financial management.
- Proficiency in Tally/accounting software, advanced Excel and financial reporting.
- Experience handling banking relationships, audits and statutory compliance.
- Ability to analyse financial information and offer actionable recommendations.
- Basic understanding of business operations, financial modelling and commercial decision-making.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, accountability, consistency and an ownership mindset.
