? We’re Hiring: Manager – Aftersales (Spares)

? Location: Chakan / Kharadi, Pune

? Experience: 12+ Years

Products - Gas compression and clean mobility: Equipment and systems used in CNG and biogas applications, along with CNG/LNG dispensing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow the aftersales spare parts business.
- Manage spares planning, demand forecasting, inventory, and availability.
- Drive spare parts sales, revenue growth, pricing, and gross margins.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, order conversion, and fulfilment.
- Develop vendor relationships and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Build customer relationships and increase genuine spare parts sales.
- Monitor business performance, inventory, and delivery targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Solid experience in aftermarket spare parts sales and inventory management.
- Knowledge of compressor components, BOMs, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, analytical, and customer management skills.
