Position: Manager - AI Democratization

(8 to 12 years of experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, India-based Project Manager to support the firmwide AI Democratization & Upskilling pillar. This role will keep the delivery pipeline moving, maintain reliable visibility in Azure DevOps, coordinate training and adoption initiatives, and ensure consistent follow-through with workstream owners. The position combines practical project management, Scrum Master, business analysis, and delivery coordination responsibilities across multiple concurrent workstreams.

The Project Manager will report to the AI Democratization & Upskilling Pillar Lead and will coordinate plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and evidence. The Pillar Lead retains responsibility for direction, priorities, leadership alignment, major output approvals, and overall accountability. This is an ongoing role and not a fixed term project assignment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Pipeline and work-item management

Maintain the pillar pipeline and assigned Azure DevOps Epics, Features, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs).

Keep owners, priorities, status, next actions, dependencies, risks, decisions, and supporting evidence current.

Follow up with owners and identify stalled, duplicate, cross-pillar, or unowned work.

¢ Maintain a clear and trusted view of new, active, blocked, and completed work.

Training and upskilling coordination

¢ Coordinate the inventory of current AI training, knowledge, and reusable assets.

¢ Support role-based skills pathways, learning activities, and the Training and Knowledge Plan.

¢ Organize audiences, owners, communications, participation, feedback, gaps, and follow-up actions.





¢ Turn recurring questions and learning gaps into practical improvements.

Adoption and stakeholder coordination

¢ Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications, Learning and Development, AI teams, business liaisons, subject-matter experts, service lines, and regional teams.

¢ Support approved Champion, Super User, Business AI Liaison, pilot, and maturity activities.

¢ Convert agreed functional inputs into sequenced PBIs, coordinate assigned owners, and ensure visible follow-through.

¢ Run delivery cadences with functional designees, workstream owners, and SMEs;escalate blockers early to the Pillar Lead with options and a recommended next step.

Delivery management and reporting

¢ Convert approved priorities into sequenced actions and coordinate contributors through completion.

¢ Maintain action, risk, dependency, and decision tracking; validate reported progress against evidence.

¢ Prepare concise status updates, decision requests, and leadership summaries with recommended next steps.

¢ Maintain delivery evidence supporting reported progress, completed work, and leadership updates

Required Qualifications:

¢ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

¢ Typically, six or more years of relevant experience in project or program coordination,



with demonstrated capability in several areas such as business analysis, backlog or pipeline management, delivery management, learning operations, adoption, or change enablement.

¢ Experience managing multiple connected workstreams while maintaining reliable ownership, status, dependencies, and delivery evidence.

¢ Structured backlog-management experience is required; Azure DevOps experience is strongly preferred. Comparable experience with another workmanagement platform may be considered.

¢ Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

¢ Ability to provide regular overlap with US working hours

¢ Strong project management, delivery coordination, Scrum facilitation, and business analysis capabilities.

¢ Transparent written and verbal communication, including concise leadership reporting and decision requests.

¢ Strong problem solving and sound judgment on what to resolve directly versus what to escalate, with clear context, options, and a recommended next step.

¢ Ability to keep pipeline data, records, and reported progress accurate, current, and evidence based.

¢ Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot tools to organize work, synthesize information, and move multiple workstreams forward efficiently, with judgment to validate outputs before use.

¢ Genuine interest in practical AI adoption and building long-term capability across the firm.
