The company is supported by a dedicated team working on multiple fronts at our manufacturing unit situated at Asoj, Vadodara.

Opening To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced finance & accounts professional to lead & perform day to day operations in our Accounts & Finance Department.

Basic requirement

Education

Passed inter/final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or

Cost & Management Accountants of India (ICMAI) with 4-5 years of experience.

CTC : Rs 40 Thousand to Rs. 50 Thousand ( Monthly) purely based on merit of the Candidate

Place : Manufacturing unit at Asoj, Vadodara Halol Expressway, Gujarat

(Opposite Desent Hotel)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Working Hours : 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Leaves : as per Factory Acts

Other Professional Requirements & Traits

- Computer skills are needed with experience of Tally Prime, Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to recognize problems, recommend and implement solutions.
- Written, oral, interpersonal and valuable communications skills .

Job Responsibilities

- Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts information.
- Manage team for day to day Accounting and Finance Related work
- Preparing Monthly & Annual financial statements.
- Releasing of timely payments to vendors.
- Daily/Periodic MIS submissions to the Management
- Recording & Monitoring inventory details in Tally System including inward/Outward movements and consumption of Material etc.
- Analysis on Working Capital deployed in Stock, Debtors etc. and
- follow up with customers for Debtor realization and with vendors for pending GST input Credits.
- Finalization and filing of periodic TDS and GST Tax Returns.
- Interacting with statutory Auditor & completion of Statutory Audit.
- Interacting with Government Authorities like income Tax, GST Department etc. as per the requirement of the company.
- Passing of Bills of vendors.
- Preparation of Challans including Delivery, RGP & NRGP.
- Preparation of Sale Bills.
- Other day to day Finance & Accounting work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
