Salary: ₹5,00,000 per annum (₹5 LPA)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account & Finance Manager to manage accounting, taxation, commercial operations, credit control, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST compliance, TDS/TCS, Tally/ERP, financial statements, and commercial accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage credit control, commercial accounting, and sales accounting activities.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances, debtor ageing, credit/debit notes, and monthly billing audits.
- Prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Trial Balances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Handle TDS/TCS calculations, compliance, and return filing.
- Manage GST registration, compliance, and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Handle GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C annual returns and reconciliations.
- Prepare GST refund documentation and supporting files.
- Manage dealer deposits, interest accounting, bad debt provisions, dealer claims, and insurance claims.
- Prepare comparative statements, purchase orders, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for purchases, material planning, and transaction verification.
- Monitor inventory, maintain minimum stock levels, and ensure FIFO-based inventory valuation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and MIS reports.




- Generate special financial reports and provide accounting information as required by management.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of accounting and commercial activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum B.Com (Hons) qualification.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, Commercial Accounting, or a similar position.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and TCS.
- Practical experience in GST return filing, annual returns, reconciliations, and GST refunds.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally 7.2, Tally 9, Tally ERP 9, or similar accounting ERP software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of credit control, debtor management, inventory accounting, and FIFO valuation.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage accounting and commercial operations independently.
