About the Role

We are looking for motivated and career-oriented freshers to join our sales team. This is an excellent chance for MBA and B.Tech graduates who want to build a career in government-sector sales, business development, and technology solutions.

Selected candidates will receive training on our products, sales processes, government procurement procedures, and customer relationship management. Product portfolios will be assigned based on educational background, aptitude, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities with government departments, PSUs, defense establishments, and institutional customers.
- Conduct field visits and meet government officials, consultants, contractors,



and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and promote suitable technology solutions.
- Identify upcoming projects, government tenders, and GeM opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, BOQs, technical specifications, and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, tenders, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer details, and sales leads in the company CRM system.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA in Sales & Marketing or B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or IT.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Interest in field sales, government business development, and technology solutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working towards targets.

Salary & Benefits

- Annual CTC: 4-6 LPA, depending on the candidate's profile and suitability.
- Performance-based incentives as per company policy.
- Travelling Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) as per company policy.
