Hundred Learning App is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee / Business Analyst to join our team.

This is an entry-level role where you will work with different teams, understand business operations, analyze data, prepare reports, and support management in making business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and analyze business data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track business performance and key metrics.
- Support management with data and insights.
- Coordinate with different teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
- Identify problems and suggest improvements.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Assist with business projects and new initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management.
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
- Learn and understand the company's business processes.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Basic understanding of business and data analysis.

Preferred
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL,



Power BI, or Tableau.
- Internship or academic project experience in business, analytics, operations, or management.
- Interest in EdTech, business, or digital products.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or Data Analytics.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
