Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L3 Engineer to manage enterprise patch management using ManageEngine tools. The candidate will be responsible for patch deployment, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, automation, compliance reporting, and handling complex patching issues across Windows and Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus or related patch management solutions.
- Plan, test, deploy, and troubleshoot OS and third-party application patches.
- Manage patching for Windows/Linux servers and endpoints, as applicable.
- Perform patch assessment, approval, scheduling, deployment, and post-patch validation.
- Troubleshoot failed deployments, agent communication issues, and patch compliance gaps.
- Coordinate patching activities with infrastructure,



application, security, and server teams.
- Support vulnerability remediation and ensure security patches are deployed within defined timelines.
- Prepare patch compliance reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.
- Handle change management, maintenance windows, rollback planning, and escalations.
- Perform RCA for recurring patching failures and major incidents.
- Automate patching tasks and improve patch management processes.
- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and operational knowledge articles.
