We have a requirement for Managed Services ARC Profile (Manager/Senior Manager) with one of our consulting client company.

Function: Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC)

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

- Delhi : Senior Manager
- Mumbai : Manager
- Bangalore : Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

- Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
- Manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.
- Project management of fully outsourced functions in accounting and finance.
- Manage MBS projects catering to clients within the bookkeeping and finance operations domain (CFO services, P2P, O2C, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Financial Planning and Analysis, GL accounting and period end closure as well as Audit support)
- US GAAP, IFRS and INDAS knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Stay up to date on developments in accounting standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines,
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.




- Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations, including regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Strong domain, project management, business development and people skills.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of finance operations and accounting concepts; stay informed of professional standards; and effectively apply this knowledge to moderately difficult and/or complex client situations.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
- Possess solid domain knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours.
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, work ethic and lead by example.

Qualification

- CAs, Semi Qualified CAs + MBA Graduates
- Experience of accounting/financial reporting 5+ years.
- 8+ years of relevant experience
