Key Responsibilities:

- ►To assist Mall head in day to day operations

►To ensure distribution of bills and timely collection of payment ►Proper coordination between Mall Management and the Outlets

► Any queries issues are dealt with at the very spot of time to ensure customer satisfaction.

► Shop Opening

► Shop Closure

► Check general up keeping and maintenance of the Mall

► Coordination with internal department.

► Ensure Collection from Tenants as per bills on time.

► Maintenance of MIS and Collection tracker.

► Making Weekly Reports

► Keep a check on permission for fit out and material movement permissions.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in Mall Management, Retail Operations, Facility Management, or Commercial Property Management.
- 2–5 years of experience in mall operations, tenant coordination, retail operations, or commercial property administration.
- Experience in coordinating with tenants/outlets and handling their day-to-day queries and concerns.
