1. Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
2. Supervise staff performance and maintain discipline and teamwork.
3. Monitor patient service quality and ensure patient satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with doctors and department in-charges for productive operations.
5. Achieve patient footfall and revenue targets through effective planning.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
7. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
8. Handle administrative issues, staff concerns, and support the overall growth of the clinic.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
