Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to handle the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our restaurant/outlet facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. The candidate will ensure all electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance work is carried out efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, and general maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, switches, sockets, lights, and basic electrical systems.
- Handle basic plumbing work, including leakage, drainage, taps, and fittings.
- Inspect and maintain kitchen equipment and other operational equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and breakdowns.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers whenever specialized repairs are required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and as per company standards.




- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the engineering/maintenance area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical trade preferred.
- 0–3 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, or hospitality.
- Positive knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and on holidays when required.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.
