Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of machinery/equipment as per technical drawings and manuals.
- Identify, remove, and replace worn, damaged, or faulty mechanical and electrical parts.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Conduct routine and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Carry out troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair work at client locations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and service documentation.
- Perform general electrical maintenance and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and repair reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all service activities.
- Coordinate with the engineering/service team for spare parts requirements and technical support.
Required Qualifications --------------
- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly, maintenance.
- Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for client interaction
