Role & responsibilities

- Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.

- Perform PLC and VFD troubleshooting, preferably Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, and Delta.

- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment availability.

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Handle machine installation, commissioning, and equipment modifications.

- Manage critical spare parts and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, 5S, TPM, and maintenance procedures.





- Maintain documentation as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.

- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.

- Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and automation systems.

- Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of TPM, RCA, 5S, and continuous improvement.

- Positive problem-solving and team coordination skills.
