Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Incharge to oversee the overall upkeep, repairs, and infrastructure management of our resort. In this role, you will lead our on-site maintenance crew to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, swimming pools, electrical/plumbing systems, and resort grounds remain in top-tier condition. Your priority will be minimizing operational downtime and ensuring a protected, flawless, and premium experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily maintenance activities across guest rooms, villas, restaurants, event spaces, and outdoor amenities.

- Preventive Maintenance: Design and execute routine preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems, generators, water treatment plants (STP/WTP), plumbing, electrical setups, and swimming pools.

- Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and train the on-site technical team (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and groundskeepers).

Respond promptly to urgent repair requests from guests and staff, troubleshooting issues with minimal disturbance to resort operations.

- Vendor &

- Contract Management:

Coordinate with external contractors, equipment suppliers, and service vendors for specialized machinery or major structural work.

- Inventory &

- Budgeting:

Maintain stock of spare parts, tools,



and maintenance supplies; track monthly equipment costs and operational expenses.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Ensure all facilities adhere to local safety regulations, fire safety standards, and health/hygiene protocols.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hotel, resort, hospitality, or commercial property setting.

- Technical Knowledge: Working hands-on knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC/air conditioning, generator operations, and swimming pool maintenance.

- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, emergency management skills, and basic supervisory experience.

- Physical Ability: Capability to lift equipment, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform active physical inspections.

- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts for emergency repairs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technical diploma, ITI trade certificate, or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management.

- Certification in Fire Safety or Pool Maintenance.
