Role Description The Maintenance Head – Steel Wire is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and utilities within the steel wire manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with in office presence required for core operations and some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as planning, reporting, and documentation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring minimal downtime in production. The role also involves managing maintenance staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance,



and enforcing safety procedures and compliance standards.

The Maintenance

Head collaborates with production, quality, and procurement teams to optimize equipment performance, manage spare parts inventory, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Maintenance Management and Maintenance for industrial machinery and equipment.
- Candidates should possess proven experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management abilities to lead, train, and coordinate maintenance personnel.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in steel wire manufacturing or heavy industrial environments is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and industrial best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in basic computer and maintenance reporting tools.
