Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Executive to handle machinery maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities in our chicken processing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and utility-related issues.
- Ensure smooth operation of processing machines, chillers, freezers, compressors, and refrigeration systems.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate repair activities.

Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience:



1–3 years in industrial maintenance; food processing or poultry industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems is an added advantage.
- Valuable troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners and candidates from Udumalpet and surrounding areas preferred.
