Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to minimize breakdowns.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine breakdowns promptly to reduce production downtime.

- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of plant machinery.

- Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards, SOPs, and applicable regulations.

- Maintain plant utilities such as compressors, pumps, electrical systems, and other supporting equipment, as applicable.

- Maintain adequate stock of critical spares and coordinate timely procurement of maintenance materials.

- Optimize maintenance expenses by reducing repair costs, minimizing wastage, and improving resource utilization.

- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, equipment history, and maintenance records.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

- 4-5 years of overall experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
