Role & responsibilities
1. Inspect machine conditions during production.
2. Identify abnormalities to assess potential damages.
3. Prepare spare parts and tools for maintenance.
4. Perform preventive maintenance as per weekly/monthly schedules.
5. Record and report machine abnormalities detected during maintenance.
6. Summarize maintenance performance for future efficiency improvement.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions. - Control maintenance costs efficiency.
8. Perform duties without causing environmental harm. - Plan resource utilization efficiently.
9. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety regulations.
10. Continuously seek knowledge and develop relevant work skills. - Apply learned knowledge to maintenance tasks.
Preferred candidate profile BE/B-Tech Mechanical, Experience: 5 Years & above from Cement, Building Material Industry.
