Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu Experience: Minimum 2 Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for a responsible and organized Maintenance Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance activities of our hospital. The candidate will coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, service schedules, and facility-related requirements to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.
- Attend to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with technicians, service providers, and external vendors.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, service visits, and equipment-related activities.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility maintenance requirements.
- Follow up on pending maintenance issues.
- Assist in maintaining a secure, clean,



and functional hospital environment.
- Prepare basic maintenance reports and documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facility coordination.
- Hospital or healthcare facility experience is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance activities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
