Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team in handling day-to-day repair, upkeep, and maintenance activities across the property.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the maintenance team with daily repair and maintenance work.
- Support basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair activities.
- Attend to maintenance requests from guest rooms and common areas.
- Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Help identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist technicians during equipment installation, servicing, and repairs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance materials properly.
- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor/Engineer.




- Support emergency maintenance requirements when needed.

Requirements
- ITI/technical qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, hotel, facility, or similar work.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and responsible.
- Ability to work shifts when required.
