Mandate Skill - Mainframe Infra
4–5+ years of relevant experience in mainframe or enterprise operations/support.
- Working understanding of ITIL processes and procedures (incident, problem, change, shift handover discipline).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with calm execution under pressure.
- Culturally aware and sensitive in a global, diverse environment
- Adaptable and dependable during high-severity incidents and operational peaks
- Demonstrates ownership, follows runbooks/controls, and captures evidence where required
