We are looking for an experienced and skilled Main Cook to manage daily kitchen operations in a café/restaurant setup. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills, particularly in seafood and coastal cuisine, along with knowledge of continental dishes and kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and plate menu items, including seafood dishes such as Pomfret Rawa Fry, Prawn Fry, and Fish Fingers.
- Prepare crispy snacks, egg dishes, vegetarian specials, sandwiches, burgers, and power bowls.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Manage daily kitchen preparation, stock checks, and raw material requirements.
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI food safety standards.
- Coordinate with service staff and baristas to ensure timely order preparation, especially during peak hours.




- Guide and support kitchen helpers and commis staff as required.
- Monitor inventory, minimize food wastage, and maintain kitchen efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Cook in a café, restaurant, or QSR kitchen.
- Robust knowledge of coastal cuisine, seafood preparation, and continental cooking.
- Ability to maintain food quality and consistency during busy service hours.
- Knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, inventory management, and wastage control.
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is preferred.
- FSSAI food safety certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
- Basic communication skills in Kannada and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Note: Freshers are not eligible. Graduation is not mandatory. Interested candidates with relevant kitchen experience and seafood cooking expertise are encouraged to apply.
