Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, sensors, heaters, relays, contactors and control panels.
- Handle PLC, HMI, VFD, servo motor and temperature controller troubleshooting.
- Maintain electrical wiring, panels, cables and machine control systems.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production operations.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown records.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and coordinate with the Production Team.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Injection Moulding Machine electrical maintenance.
- Positive knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify and resolve machine electrical faults.
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, sensors and control circuits will be preferred.
