We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Induction Hardening Machine Setter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the exact setup, configuration, adjustment, and operation of industrial induction heating equipment, scanners, and furnaces. Your technical expertise will ensure the accurate case depth and metallurgical properties of heat-treated components while maintaining a safe and highly efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup & Configuration: Configure, adjust, and set up induction hardening machines, scanners, and power supplies according to strict technical specifications and engineering drawings.

- Process Optimization: Set specific thermal cycles, electrical frequencies,



and coil parameters to achieve specified case-depth and hardness requirements.

- Quality Control: Visually and physically inspect parts using micrometres, calipers, gauges, or hardness testers. Ensure precise raw material traceability.

- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform pre-shift safety checks on cooling systems, electrical connections, and induction coils. Conduct routine troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine parameters, program numbers, setup sheets, and production metrics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
