Metco India is hiring Machine Operators to run its stainless steel bottle line at Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.

The operator owns one or more stations end to end: setup, running, in-process checks and daily upkeep.

Experience 1–5 years on sheet-metal or stainless steel production machinery

About the line The line converts SS304 coil and tube into finished single-wall and double-wall drinkware at a planned rate of 25,000 bottles a month.



It is an imported 8-machine automatic line plus supporting finishing equipment.

Stations an operator may be assigned to:

 Deep draw pressing and tube cutting

 Water bulging / hydroforming

 CNC spinning (neck and base forming)

 Threading

 Trimming (automatic trimming machine, 3,000+ pcs/day)

 Deburring (2,000 pcs/day)

 TIG welding

 Polishing, bead blasting and electropolishing

 Leak testing, washing and packing

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
