Key Responsibilities

- Operate machine-cutting equipment for jewelry components and parts.

- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters as required.

- Read and understand technical drawings, designs, measurements, and work instructions.

- Perform accurate cutting, shaping, grooving, and profiling of jewelry components.

- Check dimensions and workmanship during and after machine operations.

- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of workpieces before cutting.

- Identify and correct basic machine-setting or cutting issues.

- Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.

- Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient use of metal.

- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of machines.

- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

- Coordinate with supervisors and other production departments to meet delivery schedules.

- Report machine faults, tool damage, quality issues,



or material discrepancies to the supervisor.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of machine cutting operations in jewelry manufacturing.

- Ability to handle precision tools and machinery.

- Positive understanding of measurements and tolerances.

- Ability to identify cutting defects and quality issues.

- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work according to production targets.
