Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Luxury Real-Estate Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager to engage with high-net-worth buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and guide them through the property transaction process. You will manage leads, present premium properties, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth closures while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective buyers and sellers.

Generate, manage, and convert luxury real-estate leads.

Conduct property visits and present premium properties.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options.

Handle follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.

Support negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.

Explain pricing, terms, and documentation clearly.

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Stay updated with local real estate market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Knowledge of the Bangalore, Mysore,



and Chennai real estate markets.

Proven real estate sales experience with strong sales skills, including lead conversion and negotiation.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high proficiency in English.

Familiarity with real estate documentation, local regulations, and transaction processes.

Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and office applications.

Ability to work on-site, travel locally for property visits, and meet performance objectives.

Relevant experience in residential or commercial real estate sales; a graduate degree or equivalent education is preferred.
