Key Responsibilities

1. Inward Material Management

- Ensure timely receipt, verification, and GRN processing of incoming materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, QA, and stores teams for material acceptance and storage.

1. Outbound & Dispatch Management

- Plan and execute customer dispatches as per delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, documentation, and on-time shipment.

1. Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy

- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Monitor stock levels and address inventory discrepancies promptly.

1. Sales Team Coordination

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding order fulfilment, dispatch status, and inventory availability.
- Support customer delivery commitments through effective warehouse planning.

1. Warehouse Operations & Housekeeping

- Ensure proper storage,



identification, and traceability of materials.
- Maintain 5S standards, warehouse discipline, and optimal space utilization.

1. Team Supervision & Safety Compliance

- Supervise warehouse manpower and daily operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct safety awareness activities and promote a zero-accident culture

Knowledge of ERP/SAP, inventory management, dispatch processes, and warehouse best practices. Robust coordination, communication, and team management skills.
