Job Title: International Logistics & Supply Chain Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹6.00 LPA for deserving candidates

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

1. Import Logistics & Shipment Coordination

Manage daily import logistics and shipment activities. Coordinate container bookings with freight forwarders.

Track shipment schedules, container movement, and cargo status.

1. Customs Clearance & Port Coordination

Coordinate with CHA for customs clearance and related formalities. Liaise with CFS for cargo handling and clearance requirements.

Ensure timely completion of port and customs procedures.

1. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain import shipment documents and logistics records. Ensure the availability of required documents for customs clearance.

Maintain accurate shipment and clearance status reports.

1. Freight Forwarder & Vendor Coordination

Communicate regularly with freight forwarders and logistics service providers. Coordinate container bookings and shipment schedules.

Follow up with CHA, CFS, and other logistics stakeholders.

1. Shipment Tracking & Reporting





Track shipments from container booking to final clearance. Maintain shipment trackers and provide regular status updates.

Monitor pending shipments, documentation, and clearance activities.

Candidate Profile

2–3 years of relevant experience in import logistics or supply chain management.

Hands-on experience coordinating with freight forwarders, CHA, and CFS.

Valuable understanding of import procedures, port operations, and cargo clearance.

Experience in container booking and shipment tracking.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.

Good documentation skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
